I have used BTGuard.com for along time now. They are supposed to have servers in Canada, Netherlands, and Singapore. I would say about 30 - 40% of the time when I sign on to their "fastest" server (which is supposed to be Canada), I do an IP address check and find that my IP address is in Los Angles California, Houston Texas, Virginia, and even in the country of Iran a few times.
I have tried to contact BTGuard on several occasions through their support system and with email, with no luck. I never receive an email or any kind of response from them. There is no customer support ... I really don't think anyone trust worthy is running the site any longer. This will be the last month that I renew my service with them. Do not trust BTGuard.com.
